The beautiful room with royal spa access was spacious and the bed was super comfy. The spa facilities were amazing, especially the fine pool surrounded by Corinthian columns. Dining at the atrium restaurant was a highlight, with excellent service and delicious food. The holiday decorations added to the festive vibe.

Liked large breakfasts, and clean hotel.
Our room was comfortable quiet with private bathroom, it faced the castle. The location was marvellous and phenomenal, right beside a tram stop, convenient to go everywhere.

We stayed in an Executive room and had access to the Executive Louge from morning to night. There was always a cold drink and a variety of food to snack on.

Luxurious Stay with Fine Spa
The royal spa access was a highlight, with a beautiful pool and multiple relaxation areas that enhanced my relaxation experience. Dining at the hotel was also excellent, especially the diverse breakfast offerings with fresh and organic choices. While I loved my stay, I think the temperature control in the room could be better managed.
